I refer to the above details.

An appeal has been made to the Secretary of State
against the decision of South Northamptonshire Council to refuse to grant planning
permission.

The appeal will be decided by means of a hearing. An Inspector has been appointed
under paragraph I (i) of Schedule 6 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to
determine this appeal. The Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State is D
Murray BA (Hons) DMS MRTPI.

A date for the hearing has been set for Thursday 9 th November 2017 starting at
10.00am for one day and will be held in the Committee Room, First Floor, The
Forum, Moat Lane, Towcester NN12 6AD.
